Health Indicators Project

An informational project of the Office of Health Policy and Research includes 58 elements important for local communities to better understand the health of their population. The majority of these data elements are a compilation of leading sources of health related data to facilitate easy access by communities.

State Health Facts

Statehealthfacts.org is a project of the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation and is designed to provide free, up-to-date, and easy-to-use health data on all 50 states. Statehealthfacts.org provides data on more than 500 health topics and is linked to both the Kaiser Family Foundation website and KaiserNetwork.org
